Additionally, conducted comprehensive research on various screen recording software options to ensure the best solution was chosen.
• Automated PII Removal Testing: Developed and implemented an automated script for testing Personally Identifiable Information (PII) removal. This innovation saved over 6000 minutes in the testing process, significantly improving efficiency while enhancing data privacy and compliance efforts.
• Streamlined Attendance Workflow: Spearheaded the development and implementation of an automated attendance workflow using Zoom reports. This initiative resulted in a remarkable efficiency boost, saving over 400 hours monthly for tutors, allowing them to focus on more value-added activities.

As a result of these efforts, achieved a notable 24% reduction in dead clicks on the website.
